I shot these a few weeks ago for a local magazine. I didn't meet the makeup artist (they had the makeup on before they came), but whoever it was did an incredible job!

Lighting: One compact fluorescent pointed into a large reflector on camera left and one compact fluorescent on a stand on camera right, about 8' high.
