MAC Makeup Shoot
I did this shoot the other day for a local magazine. I had a very limited time to shoot (in between classes!) but I think they turned out well. The magazine wanted two shots of each model–one with "daytime" makeup on and one with "nighttime" makeup on. And no, I did not do the makeup ;)

Here's the setup for the "nighttime" shots. Both strobes are Vivitar 285 HVs, the strobe on the left is shooting through a large white Impact umbrella, the one on the right is bouncing into a Wescott silver umbrella. The hands holding the reflector on the right belong to a friend of mine from school who was kind enough to help me on this shoot.

Looking good, I wouldn't be able to tell you which one was the "night makeup" and which the daytime (then again I'm a neanderthal man)...
Maybe smoothing the black backdrop would have helped give a bit more of a polished finish to things? Otherwise the setup looks great...
aw! what a suprise to see you on here Kayte! You are so pretty! <3Cherish Monahan
