NEWEST TUTORIAL — Panoramic Stitches in Photoshop

Continue to Step 1 >>>

Tutorial Overview

There is a ton of software available these days for stitching multiple photos into panoramic images. Some comes for free when you buy your camera, some can cost hundreds of dollars. Some programs heavily automate the process, while others give you almost too much control.

While each of these programs undoubtedly have their pros and cons, I have come to rely on a single program for all of my pano-stitching needs. You guessed it, Photoshop CS3.

Photoshop has a built in tool called Photomerge that does the job quite well.

Prerequisites

In order to complete this tutorial, you will need to have several images that can be stitched together. To learn how to take photos for a panoramic image, see our Shooting Panoramas Tutorial.
