Step 2 - Let Photoshop Do The Work
Your files should now appear in the (See Screen Cap)
Click , sit back and watch Photoshop do the work.
Photoshop will load each of the photos as a layer on a new file called "Untiltled_Panorama1". Then it will align the images and transform them to fit together correctly. Finally, it will blend the edges together using masks. (See Screen Cap)
This may take a while, depending on the size and quantity of your images, as well as the speed of your computer's processor.
